How to Open Billing Settings

Where to find membership tier, renewal, invoices, and the Manage Billing button.

Billing Settings is the central place for everything related to your Chamber membership — dues, payment method, invoices, and optional add-ons. It's where you update plans, download receipts, and pause or resume your membership.

Get to Billing Settings

  1. Open Billing Settings (direct link).
  2. Or: from any page, open Account Settings in the sidebar, then click the Billing tab.

What you'll find there

  • Membership Status — your current tier, renewal date, and the Cancel / Keep Active buttons.
  • Chamber Support Level — optional annual add-ons: Chamber Champion or Hall of Fame.
  • Manage Billing — opens the Stripe Billing Portal to change your tier, update your card, or view charge history.
  • Past Invoices — downloadable PDF receipts for every dues payment and event registration.

Who can change what

Only the company owner (the person who first paid dues for your company) can update the tier, support level, or billing details. If you're on a coworker's seat and you see Owner Only on buttons, that's why — ask them to make the change, or contact us if they're not reachable.
