Sign-in issues usually come down to one of a few things: wrong email, the sign-in link didn't arrive, a password you don't remember, or the wrong Google account. Here's how to work through each.
Step 1 — Confirm your email
Your account is tied to the exact email the chamber has on file. If you have multiple emails (personal + business), only one will work.
If you're not sure which email is on your account, contact us with your full name and company. We can look it up.
Step 2 — Pick the right sign-in method
On the sign-in page you'll see three options:
- Email — we send a one-time sign-in link to your email address. No password required.
- Phone — we text you a 6-digit code. Useful if you can't access email.
- Google — one-click sign-in if your chamber account uses the same Google address.
Try the method that matches how you originally signed up. If you've always used email links, Google won't work unless your chamber email is a Gmail address.
Step 3 — Email link didn't arrive?
- Check your spam/junk folder. Add our sender to your contacts so future links come through.
- On the sign-in page, click Email Me Setup Link again — the link is single-use, so a fresh one might be needed.
- If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, contact support with your email and we'll look at delivery logs.
Step 4 — Password not working?
If you set a password and it's not accepted:
- From the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email — we'll send a reset link.
- Follow the link, set a new password, try signing in again.
Step 5 — Wrong Google account?
Google remembers the last account you used. If the chamber redirects you back to sign-in instead of letting you through, you may be signed into the wrong Google profile.
- Sign out of all Google accounts in your browser.
- Return to /login, click Sign In with Google, and choose the correct address.
Still stuck?
If none of the above works, contact us and describe what you tried — screenshots help. We can check delivery logs, Google account status, and account-linking issues on our end.
