Sometimes after signing up or an account change, your auth user (the email + password) and your member profile (the chamber directory entry) can get out of sync. You'll see something like "no linked profile" or be stuck at an onboarding screen you've already completed.
What "not linked" usually means
- You signed up via Google or a magic link, but the chamber side never finished creating your member record.
- Your email in auth is different from the email on your member record (often from a company email change).
- The membership record was manually adjusted and the auth link wasn't updated.
What to try first
- Sign out and back in. Sometimes the link is created on the next sign-in.
- Check Profile Settings. If you see your name, company, and other details, the link exists. If the page is blank or keeps redirecting to onboarding, it's genuinely not linked.
- Check for duplicate accounts. Search your email inbox for chamber welcome emails — you may have two memberships under slightly different emails.
What only an admin can fix
- Merging two separate auth accounts into one member record.
- Linking a new auth email to an existing paid member.
- Resolving duplicate profiles.

Still need help?
Account-linking issues can feel confusing — don't hesitate to reach out rather than creating a fresh account. A new account could duplicate your directory entry.
