What If I Do Not Receive a Login Code or Prompt?

If SMS or email sign-in codes don't arrive, resend with the cooldown or try a different method.

Sign-in codes (SMS or email) occasionally delay or go missing. Here's how to get back in quickly.

Phone sign-in: didn't get the 6-digit text?

  1. On /login, stay on the Phone tab where you entered your number.
  2. Wait 30 seconds — there's a cooldown, then the Resend Code button becomes active.
  3. Click Resend Code. A fresh 6-digit code is sent.
  4. Enter the code in the Verification Code field and click Verify Code and Sign In.

Common issues with phone codes:

  • Number must be a U.S. mobile. Landlines and international numbers aren't supported. You'll see: "Please enter a valid US mobile phone number."
  • Already got a code but it's expired? Request a fresh one with Resend Code — older codes stop working within a few minutes.
  • SMS blocked? Some carriers and spam filters block short-code texts. Try again from a different network, or fall back to email sign-in.
  1. On /login, enter your email and click Email Me Setup Link again.
  2. Check spam/junk folders.
  3. Add our sender domain to your safe list so future links come through.
  4. If multiple links were sent, use the most recent one — older links expire as soon as a new one is generated.

Google sign-in: no redirect or "already signed in" confusion?

  1. Make sure you're signed into the correct Google account in your browser.
  2. If Google bounces you back to our sign-in page, sign out of all Google sessions and try again — you may have been signed into the wrong profile.

Still stuck?

From the sign-in flow, click the support-help link at the bottom — a pre-filled message to support lets us know exactly which method you tried. Include the phone number or email you used so we can check delivery logs on our end.
