How to Cancel Your Membership

Cancel at period end yourself. Keeps full access until the paid-through date.

You can cancel your membership yourself from Billing Settings. Your membership stays active through the end of your current paid period, then ends automatically — no surprise charges.

Only the company owner can cancel the membership. If you're on a company's seat but not the owner, ask whoever manages billing for your company to handle this. Non-owners see a disabled "Owner Only" button instead.

Cancel at period end

  1. Open Billing Settings.
  2. Find the Membership Status section.
  3. Click Cancel at Period End (the amber button).
  4. Confirm in the popup.

Your renewal date updates to show the membership ending on that date. You'll still see invoices, messages, and events working normally — access stays on.

Changed your mind?

Anytime before the period-end date:

  1. Return to Billing Settings.
  2. Click Keep Membership Active (green button).
  3. Auto-renewal resumes immediately.

Good to know

  • You keep full member access through the entire paid period. Events, directory, messaging all still work.
  • We don't auto-refund the remainder of your paid period. If you need a refund for extenuating circumstances, contact support.
  • Cancelling does not delete your account or content. Your posts, messages, and profile stay. To fully delete your account, use Delete Account in Sign In & Security.
