How to Reset Password or Manage Google Sign-In

Use the Security tab to change password, add password to a Google-only account, or disconnect Google.

Inside the app, the Security tab is where you change your password, add a backup sign-in method, or disconnect Google. Not to be confused with the public Forgot Password flow (that's for when you're locked out entirely).

Change your password

  1. Open Security Settings.
  2. Scroll to Change Password.
  3. Enter your Current Password, a New Password, and confirm it.
  4. Click Update Password.

Requirements: new password must be at least 8 characters. The two fields have to match.

Add a password (Google-only users)

If you signed up with Google and never set a password, you'll see an Add Password option under Connected Accounts:

  1. Click Add Password.
  2. Set a password in the modal that opens.
  3. Click Add Password again to confirm.

Now you can sign in with either Google or email/password.

If you signed up with email and want Google sign-in too:

  1. Sign out.
  2. Go to /login, click Sign In with Google, and pick the Google account that matches your chamber email address.
  3. The accounts link automatically on first Google sign-in.

Disconnect Google

Only available if you have a password set (so you don't lock yourself out).

  1. Open Security Settings.
  2. Under Connected Accounts → Google, click Disconnect.
  3. Confirm in the modal: "Are you sure you want to disconnect your Google account? You'll need to use email/password to sign in."

Still need help?

If the Disconnect button is missing, add a password first — the app prevents you from disconnecting without a backup sign-in method. Contact us if something else is off.
