How to Change Chamber Support Level

Add or change a Chamber Champion or Hall of Fame supporter tier alongside your membership.

Beyond your standard membership dues, you can add a Chamber Support Level — optional annual contributions that fund chamber advocacy, programs, and community events. They also come with perks: logo placement, event recognition, and exclusive invites.

Owner-only. Only the company billing owner can change the support level.

The three levels

  • No Add-on — standard membership, no extra support commitment.
  • Chamber Champion — annual add-on; includes logo placement on our supporter wall, event shout-outs, and quarterly supporter briefings.
  • Hall of Fame (includes Champion) — top-tier annual add-on; everything in Champion plus name-listed event sponsorship, reserved VIP seating, and priority board access.

Change your support level

  1. Open Billing Settings.
  2. Scroll to Chamber Support Level.
  3. Click the tier you want: No Add-on, Chamber Champion, or Hall of Fame.
  4. Confirm in the popup.
  5. If this is your first add-on, Stripe will prompt you to confirm the prorated charge. Already supporting? The difference is billed (going up) or credited (going down) automatically.

Good to know

  • The add-on renews with your base membership, not on its own schedule.
  • Switching from Champion → Hall of Fame bills the upgrade today, prorated.
  • Switching down to No Add-on keeps your perks through the period you already paid for.
  • Tax deductibility: consult your accountant — we can't advise on this.
