2/16/22: Updated to reflect changes to the County Health Officer Order, including:
Changed definition of Mega Events. The definition of a Mega Event has changed from 5,000 attendees for outdoor events to 10,000 and from 500 at indoor events to 1,000. Mega event rules apply to all events at these updated thresholds, effective 2/16/22. Masks are no longer required to be worn at Outdoor Mega Events, although is it still strongly recommended.

2/16/22: Updated to remove masking requirement for Outdoor Mega Events. Masking at Outdoor Mega Events is recommended, but no longer required per the LA County Health Officer Order. Also updated to change the thresholds for what constitutes a Mega Event.
